Production facility for mechanical processing of metal components

Fox Energy Ltd. works in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards, ensuring high quality and precision in every aspect of our operations.

Fox Energy Ltd. is a Bulgarian metalworking company specializing in turned and milled components. We manufacture single pieces, small and medium batches of small and medium-sized parts, as well as welded products from ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

We have precision milling, turning and grinding machines, skilled specialists and a careful approach to every manufactured component.

CAD design

We use CAD software for the design and engineering of complex components and injection moulds.

SolidWorks and CNC programming

We work with SolidWorks to create the programs required for manufacturing components.

From specification to finished component

We organize work through a clear process so technical requirements are confirmed before manufacturing begins.

We receive a drawing, sample, photograph or description of the required component.

Clarification

We review the material, dimensions, tolerances, quantity and required machining operations.

Manufacturing

We select the appropriate machine and sequence of operations for the specific assignment.

Inspection

The finished component is inspected against the agreed parameters before delivery.
